Application Requirements

  1. Completed application, payment and all required documentation must be received by March 06, 2023. Applications will be accepted, on a first come first serve basis.

  2. Only approved products listed on the application will be allowed for display and sale on event day.

  3. A current Certificate of Insurance for food vendors required. (See enclosed Vendor Agreement for details).

Fees 

  1. Food Product Vendor: $150 fee each 10 x 10 space

  2. Merchandise Vendor: $100 fee each 10 x10 space

  3. Information Booths: $50 fee each 10 X 10 space

  4. Late fee: $100 after March 06, 2023

Booth Space requests

Note:  Special requests should be addressed on application and NOT on event day. Booth spaces are assigned. All equipment must fit within the 10 x 10 space.  Additional space is an additional booth charge.

Festival Vendor Hours

  1. Saturday May 13, 2023 9am-6pm & Sunday 8am-7pm

  2. Displays may be set up beginning at 9am on May 13, 2023, with set up completed by 11am. Drop off and road access to booth space closes at 11am.
